The Mayer tray filler basic serves for filling common boxes and trays. It is the first step into a modular machine concept that simplifies the work process in many ways. With an additional module, the tray filler can be transformed into a potting machine within a few minutes.

With the Mayer filling line four specially synchronised components ensure perfect filling of trays. The tray destacker, the multi-row pot destacker, the template filler and the dibbler plate unit build a complete product line for the automation of high performance peaks.
